To stall or not to stall....that is the question....
I have a 2800 stall 'verter in the T/A. When at the track, should i stall it up to 2500 (and it will) or just leave at around idle? so far, i'm having issues with the 1/4 times. When i say issues, on my dyno sheet, i put down 394/422 and best i have had it so far is 13.01 @ 106 w/1.8 60ft. Before my cam/Ls6 int/verter i ran 12.90 @108 w/2.0 60ft & 316/337 rwhl. just trying to see why i cant run what i should be.

Try stalling to about 1500 or a little higher. Gets you a little closer to the power band, but still allows the converter to flash.
