Default Question about times

As shown in the sig below, I haven't done a lot of mods and the best time yet is 13.04. Right now I'm in need of a clutch (14000 miles). So, over the winter, I'm going to either go with the McLeod Rev Loc or the Ram 910 clutch. Also, in the spring, I'm either going with the ford 9" or a 12 bolt with 4.10's probably. Currently, I have the Nitto DR's. I got them hot at the track and they still spun. So, I'll probably go with the MT ET Streets next year. What kind of et improvments do you think I could expect next year with this set up?
