11's finally!!!!!!!!! I am now a firm believer in the school of airflow.
I recently added a single outlet 3" Flowmaster 40 series and a cutout to my car. Sounded great but I didnt expect much. How much does a cam depend on exhaust anyways....
Boy was I stupid. I went from a 12.07@112 with stock catback to a 11.999@113 with the Flow. Yeah I am in the 11's but still not what I expected out of the car when I got the cam.
So then I decide to open the cutout. I never liked them and always found them to be obnoxious, but once again I am proved wrong.
1.63 60' and.............................11.72@............ .....................................

I have heard of a tenth or two but 3 full tenths and 4 MPH total. WOW.
I think everyone else had good days too.

Re: 11's finally!!!!!!!!! Didnt do anything to the car but open the cutout. Temp was within 3 degrees and barometer was falling....31 to 30

Re: 11's finally!!!!!!!!! Looks like the car ran stronger all the way down the track... Opening the cutout could also have the effect of leaning you out a bit too... But I think Flowmaster mufflers are better than stock not near the best for performance.
