Well, you can always remove the large backseat piece, and the rear buckets, those are very simple. Not much gas in the tank is a no brainer, you could take out the passenger seat as well, its like 40lbs. the rear piece in the 'pit'/trunk behind the hatchback, that covers the speaker is removable, the carpeting and pretty much everything in the very back is easily removed and replaced. You can take off the door panels very easily as well. I did all of this to my last fbody, a 97 formula, and it ran 2 tenths faster in the quarter, and i have the slips to prove it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .

front sway bar
back seat and passenger
spare tire & jack
all misc items out of your car (cd's,etc)
1/4 tank of gas (gas weighs a lot)

Those are the easiest ways, without going too crazy.
