Heads/Cam 1/4 time w/stock suspension?

What is considered a good time? I have stock suspension and Firehawk FZ 50's. How much can a tire like a Nitto or equivilent gain you? Does a better tire mean higher trap speeds? Thanks

What do you mean by stock suspension. Almost everyone here has stock suspension meaning torque arm set up.
