Default Harwood hoods

Does anyone know the price of the Harwood SS hood for the 98-02" bolt on or lift off? I heard the stock SS is 51lb or so... Seeing if it is worth the $470.

I bought a SS Hood for my 99Z for $425 AND WITH SHIPPING IT WAS $500. However looking at the hood it seems lighter than the factory hood. I am going to install it and have it painted on Monday and I'll let you know how everything turns out.It will need some minor adjustments but nothing major. However, I believe the Ram Air will work better than the factory one. For the money, it is a good buy and when alot of people find out about these hoods they will be selling alot <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I don't need the ram air any more as I don't have a lid (turbos). I like the SS look and would like to drop the weight before the big body work and paint job!

Just an FYI for weight
I bought a ram air bolt on harwood fiberglass hood for the bird
35 pounds
Stock hood was 45 pounds
Only 10 pounds weight reduction.
Pin on is where the big weight reduction is though
