15x8 prostars with 5.5" backspacing

15x8 prostars with 5.5" backspacing do these fit ok? will i need to grind the calipers or anything and what about new lugnuts? i can get a smokin deal on these and if i can find a set of bfg's <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> for them ill buy em.
