How big would this tire be?

wheel is 15X7.5
tire is 275/60/15
Like inches wise? I am wanting to know if it will effect my 4.10 gearing.

275-60-15 = 28" tall tire.

Yeah it will cut down on your rpms... I ran some on 15x8's for street driving.
