Default Race related exhaust question...

Not a lot of ppl in exterior seem to race, so here it goes....

I am getting ready to begin the install phase:
Forged 346, 12:1 (for now, later 11.2:1), H/C, later will add 90/90 Intake. Will be swapping to a Th400 once this one lets loose, as well getting a Fab'd 9" from Jay, and a healthy dose('s) of Nitrous. The engine is built for a couple hundred shot, and the cam spec'd by EDC for the same. I want to swap out to Kooks 1 7/8" headers, 3" collectors, Y Pipe and some kind of catback maybe corsa or magnaflow and then use Dual Elec Cutouts when I want to race. I am tired of the daily loudness of JetHot LTs w/ X pipe and bullets being dumped. Should I go with Kooks 3" to 4" Y ? And who all makes a 4" catback?
I am thinking since I will use Dual EC I can get away with 3" Y with standard run of the mill catback for daily commuting? Of course this may all be mute point once I hear the cam in this bastard....231/242 .6307/.6222 @ 114*LSA 111*ICL. Any input is greatly appreciated. Goal is to hit some 9's.

I believe Mufflex is one of the only companies that makes a 4" system, they offer a few different mufflers with it too. I saw 1st and Goal's LT1 run 10.01 through a 3" y-pipe with cats and the 4" Mufflex set up. I think he said that the car was making about 650rwhp, and he was running stock salad shooters on all four corners that day. I think a 3" would probably do ok, especially if the cutouts are within a reasonable distance from the collectors.
