Default Bump stops, Who has them?

I am running 275/60/15 MT DRs with 10 inch prostars. When I let the rear all the way down on the stands the rear tire hits whats left of the bumo stop mount(Has been trimmed) When I take the springs out to inspect the travel of the rear on of the torqu arm mount bolts( The ones that holds the mount to the housing threads on a nine inch) hits the bottom of the car. Im tring to figure out why in the hell I cant cut better than a 1.75 60 ft with Adjustable ta, Lcas, panhard rod, No sway bar, air bag and a 4:30 gear with 28 inch tall tires.

I trimmed about 1/2 of mine off, I leave them on there because I think it would put the 9" torque arm mount through the floor if I hit a big enough bump. If I wasnt driving the car on the street I would just cut them out though. Mine just hits the tire when I let it all the way down so I usually just loosen the wheel if I need to let the rear 'hang.'
