Weight Reduction? I have searched for threads under "weight reduction" and I cant find what I am looking for. I once saw a thread with detailed info on how to get your cars weight down to around 3000lbs. If anyone has a link or has a list handy that would be great.

You could just start by taking off/out unneeded weight. Take out the backseat, lightweight wheels, etc..........I think one of the vendors even sells lightweight carpet that saves 40lbs.

Thanks everyone I knew I saw it but just couldn't remember. Also drag wheels are kind out of the question because I am going more towards the road racing application, but thanks for the imput.
