Default 1/4 mile gearing question???

I took my 99 30th TA to the strip last year, the engine is stock, it's got a dana 60 rear with 4.56 gears, and MT 325 drag radials on 15x12 alumastars. I know it sounds overkill, but there's a nasty bbc goin in this car yet so that's what it's built for, anyways the T56 had some work done to it before hand, anyways the car ran consistant 13.82 at 103.7 mph 2.0558 60ft. but this was starting out of SECOND gear. so my question is what do you think the car would run if properly started out of 1st? powershifted all the way also. Thanks.

Why in gods name did you start in second?
And those 15x12 rims must stick out of the fender somethin fierce! You're car would probably sit on the tire if you launched it right.
Please tell me you have it minitubbed and the rear shortened or something.

It is minitubbed and the rear is also shortened, so they're tucked pretty nicely in there. When we got to the track first gear got sticky, and couldn't be used
