Default setttin pinion with bmr T-ARM relocater??

i have a bmr torque arm and bmr torque arm relocater and was wondering on a stock height car, what is the ideal setting for this setup??

Are you talkingabout the torque arm that attaches where the tunnel brace is? If so it is -2 to -3 degrees, on a m6, I think the a4 is like -4, but not sure on that.
