Default DR's on 18" Wheel?

Is this advisable? i can get them in that size, but i dont really know if it would help me hook though since there is no sidewall. i would be getting the 295's. is this worth it? i want to be able to dump the clutch at about 3k and jump off the line. i have the M6 and i am cammed. if not, im going to go with the KDW's.

I would say yes, depending on track prep. You could quick release the clutch. I wouldn't go as far as saying "dump" the clutch.

either will hook much better than you think....i didnt know you could get a MT in a 18"??? as for the BFG, we run them on the local Z06's in a 315, and they hook VERY well for an 18" tire with little/no sidewall
