I usually use Summit's log book. It pays contingency at certain events, and usually has the fields I need to use. I'd use the computer and do up an excel sheet if you're wanting to keep a record that way, but the nice thing about a written manual book is I can keep it with me for current notes, conditions and also use it for dial-in past performance when I bracket race.
Jeg's also has a decent log book as well.
