My first time running...Advice? Well Tuesday Im heading to the track with my buddy to see what times we are running. Me: 98 T/A A4 w/ 3.23s and catback vs Him: 00 WS.6 A4 bone stock.
Ive never ran at a track before so I don't know how well I will do. Is there any advice you fellas have to offer to help me get a better time etc. Thanks
