Default Traction control when racing.

I know...nono. Bad, turn it off...BUT! My TC is not an overzelous task master. For instance, I shifted hard on the 1-2 tonight and the rear actually waggled a bit before it kicked in MILDLY.

If I am launching the car and I spin enough to provoke it, the 60' would be **** either way, the TC just prevents more treadloss and possible loss of control, so why NOT leave it on for casual stuff on the street? Am I thinking about this all wrong?
