Default Still spinning em'.

Well I went to the track today, setup is as follows: mild H/C LS1 (400 RWHP/ 380 RWTQ, stage II 4L60E, SSF 3500, shiftkit, cooler etc., revalved bilsteins, sphon LCA's, PHR, SFC's, Eibach prokit. The prep was decent and I was on ET streets with about 13 lbs in each. I'm still spinning them off the line after a John Force burn out and power braking it at anything below 2500 RPM's. Launching at idle just rips them loose, stalling to 1500, the same. I think the problem is with how low I am, I looked at some vids that were taken and I spin them at least 20 ft, what can I do to stop this? I was thinking raising the back up some, but after that I'm stumped. Any thoughts?

Do you have LCA relocation brackets and or/ and adj. torque arm to set pinion angle? Any wheel hop? What gears are you running?
I would suggest the two item I have listed above and throw in a pair of drag bags inside the coil springs as well.

What kind of 60's are you pulling with the spinning?

I'm working on ripping the DVD and putting it on the computer. I have relocation brackets, stock TQ arm though, I was thinking of raising the spring height out back and a torque arm. On the video it BARELY squats, no wheel hop or anything though, although if I were to have it I bet I'm spinning right through it. I didn't even think about the drag bags, thats a good idea!

EDIT: My best slip was a 12.137 at 111.98 (best MPH of the night was a 112.47) with a 1.77 60'.

How much lower is your car? IF it's more then an inch, you need to have the lower arms in the lowest possible hole. Set the pinion angle to -3, get some HAL shocks for the car, set the rears to 5, frons to 3 and get the 275, or at least the 300 lb springs. You can adjust the ride height easily with the hal's and get it sitting where you have it now.

Not sure what tq arm you have on the car too, if you're still running a stock one and are gonna buy an aftermarket, get a short chassis mount one. Unless you plan on big power down the road, the short arm will work out good for you (short ones cause car's to wheelstand more, long ones don't do that, but don't hit the tires as hard)

Get the video up and maybe some more suggestions can be made, but that's what I would do if the car wasn't hooking.
