Dumb question about numbers on windshield
I saw a ricer today with these numbers soaped on the windshield:
150L
14.24
Is the 150L his car number or class number? And is the 14.24 his index for bracket racing? I'm fairly new to "official" drag racing, mainly because the damn tracks around here are 60-100 miles away, so I don't go unless I have a good reason.

Re: Dumb question about numbers on windshield
Thanks. I was a little confused because the Honda doesn't have the usual rice crap festering on the body and the 8' double wing or even drag radials on it. Guess he's one of the serious ones that spend money on going fast, not looking fast. Not that 14.24 is fast.

Re: Dumb question about numbers on windshield
Sounds like he races at Tri-State in Earlville. If you dont request a number they take the first four letters of your license plate, in iowa thats usually 3 numbers and a letter.
