Default hooker catback users

Just wondering what kinds of gains anyone has seen when dropping off the rear section of the Hooker catback (muffler and tips)? Is it really worth the 2.5 seconds it would take me to remove it?

With bolt-ons, my car saw 2 hp taking the muffler off. With a cam only setup, it was 4hp. I do it mainly for weight reasons.

It sounds great at the track if you have heads, cam, headers.

My car gained 5hp on Thunders dyno. I do it for the weight mostly.
