How to use VHT?

How to use VHT? Our local track does not spray any VHT. However, they will allow me to bring my own VHT can & Iam allowed to use it only in the burnout area.
What should I really do to get the benefit of VHT?

Re: How to use VHT? Well i'll give you my procedure of how we do it when we streetrace 
-do a normal burnout
-then lay down some VHT right outta the bottle onto the track in front of the rear wheels
-roll onto it (with help from a friend)
-Do another short burnout
-Go stage right away
Helps a lot on the street

Re: How to use VHT? Same thing out in Hawaii. Very little prep there, so we brought our own in a used water bottle. The kind with the little pop-top that you can squeeze. After burning out, just squeeze a little puddle in front of each tire. Blip the throttle and spin the stuff on the tires, and then stage
