Quick disconnect steering hubs...

Are most quick disconnect hubs a little loose? Im use a Jegs sfi quick disconnect hub with a retention ring (not a pin) and it can wobble a good 1/16" of an inch when locked in. Is this normal?

Not sure what mine is (pin or ring), i got it from burkhart but it does not have any play in it.

Figured out the issue, I took a little too much off the top of the coupler when smoothing out the weld on the column side. Welded a shim on and smoothed it back out. ROCK solid now!
