Can you help me set rules/classes for a SW Fbody Shootout?
My car club (Arizona Fbody Association) is putting on a Track event for all Fbody owners....1st through 4th gen cars.
We've all been talking about what classes/rules to have for the event, so I was hoping to get some feedback from everyone about how to best setup this event.
We are for sure having brackets and a king of the hill, but other than that we have mixed opintions on what types of classes to run since we have all generation fbodies coming.
Most of us are pretty inept when it comes to rule making.
We want this event to appeal to the hard core racer as well as occasional drag racer.
Also, what kind of purse would you like to see if you were racing in one of the classes? I know every class requires a different size purse, and that the king of the hill and brackets would have larger purses than say a 1st/2nd gen N/A class.
How much money should we shoot for to collect from sponsors?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think it would be cool if you used Thunder's rules. Racers could build a car to fit a class, not have to worry about trying to conform to umpteen different sets of rules for a season..
