BMR Trac bar = Driveshaft contact?

BMR Trac bar = Driveshaft contact?
Anyone have this issue. Since i reset the pinion angle it seems i have a lil rubbing when i turn right up a steep driveway and when i lift the car.
Should i add a spacer under the crossbar, or go with the regular cross bar like the Spohn one? I even thought about shaving off a bit of the bolt head that is hitting the Driveshaft.
