Just want to know how much power are you guys making and a overall gear/tire setup..
pump gas, race gas, alcohol, anything..

I am in the same boat as car_fixer, mine was an old style small block 377, 4.145 bore 3.50 stroke with a 6" rod 13-1 AFR 210 heads and some nitrous and my combo went 9.30's w/ 1.30 60 ft.
I ran a big tire 33x16.5 more for looks than performance with a 4.86 gear with a th400 4500 stall in a 65 nova.
Personally I wish I would have built a bigger motor, closer to the 406-427 range.
If you're going with a boosted combo the smaller cubes work well, but for all motor or a nitrous combo I would build a bigger inch motor.
