Is running a spool (35 spline) with a aluminum center section recommended on a Moser 9".

I also drive on the road (weekends) and one long haul road trip a year 800miles.

i have run spools only in all my cars. i have never had a posi unit and thats going on 20+yrs. parking can be a bitch sometimes but it's all good. if you don't have a center section already buy the gm style center from strange doesn't rob as much power.

i have the same thing in my 9in 35s and alum but a DETROIT GGRRRR i would have done a spool had i know what a pain in the *** this thing was. i have lots of miles on my rear no real issues other that loud gear noise.... could be all the HEIM joints too i guess. i say youll be fine.

Have run an aluminum center section with 35 spline spool and street gear, so far has gone 1.30 60ft with a 100 shot still using the initial chassis setup on the ladder bar, not a problem yet.
