Default tire size. What si the biggest drag radail you can fit under a T.A. WITHOUT NARROW OR

what is the biggest tire you can fit under a F body. With no narrowed rear or mini tub. But fenders rolled and some hammering inside the fender well. I currently run a M/T 275 60 15 on a 15 x10 warrior wheel or I have a set of bogarts.

i say this all the time, but narrowing a rear makes it MORE difficult to fit a wide tire in a wheelwell, assuming you didnt mini tub for extra clearance.

Why would running a narrowed rear make it harder to fit a wider tire? You just run a wheel with less offset, i.e. instead of 7.5 backspace you run a 5.5 backspace with a 2" narrow per side.

i think he means narrowing with an offset that would tuck the wheel in more, which would make it a tighter fit without a mini-tub.

325/50 is NOT under the car, it sticks out.

The ONLY way to get a 325/50 UNDER the car is to minitub.

A 325/50 fits fine under a trans am with stock wheel tubs. You just need to hammer them and trim the bump stops.

Agreed, mine are under the car. I only took out the bump stops, but didn't cut it out, and my fenders are not rolled either. 325/50/15 is TIGHT though. I also run 28x10x15's, but they rub just slightly on the front of the wheel well at the big end of the track. the DR's are a little easier, as they don't grow like a slick does.

This is on a 15x10 w/7.5 backspace and stock width 9"
