Roll cage with swing outs?

Roll cage with swing outs? I was looking at pictures today and it looks like a 10 point rollcage would not be that bad to get in to if you had the swing outs on the car. Is it legeal? I know wolf doesnot sale one that is why i was asking. I would just get thet roll bar with swing outs and then get the front half kit to make it a roll cage. Let me know. THanks to the new rule.
