Default Will a fan change dyno numbers?

Will having a fan in front of your car change dyno numbers much or at all? My friend has a 06 mustang GT that dyno'd 291hp and 317 tq without a fan. Programmed, CAI, orx, bassani. If the fan was in front of his car, would he dyno higher numbers or what?

It could make alittle more power supplying air to the filter and cooling the motor. The #'s look close for a 06 GT.

He thinks he would be able to hit the 300 mark with the fan. I wasnt so sure about that though.
