question what should this car put out, think somethings up 01 6spd ls1.
supposed mods only a lid, free ramair, and cutout, ported maf. Put out 330rwhp and 349tq. oh yeah through 4:10's also
same dyno that day another 01 with all of those modes plus long tubes and off road y only put out 325 rwhp. does this seem weird to you guys
I think they guy has ported heads

Nothing up here 2000bean......stock heads

I think the 01 that's only putting down 325 with long tubes needs a good tune. Are both cars M6's? that could also account for the difference if the 325 car is an A4....

tuning will make all the difference...
Your car is right where it should be if it's still on a stock tune. After some timing adjustments and WOT fueling you could be in the low 340s/high 350s as far as #s go. You're buddies car needs a tune bad. As far as the ported heads (he is planning on camming to actually utilize that extra air right?) it's a high possibility he's leaned himself out to the point of counterproductivity.
