Default Dyno numbers inside...low or right on?

How are are these numbers?

Dynoed the z made 326.9 rwh 350 rwt

Mods are 1 3/4 headers, asp pulley lid, loudmouth, maf ends, This was on a Mustang Dyno, peak hp oddly was @ 5230 rpm, i personaly think the clutch may have been sticking..... Car was a lil fat 12.0-12.2 but when we tried to lean it out a bit it didnt like it and picked up a VERy slight amount of KR(0.08) Lost some HP and tq, car did seem to smoke a bit on the dyno, oil consumption isnt really to bad amybe 1/2 quart every change, any ideas?
And are these numbrs normal or am i gonna need a rebuild,..Also might my PCV sytem be F'd and maybe need a catch can.
I really dont care about the numbers themselfs , more like trying to compare what others have done on a mustang Dyno

thanks
