Warning: Non LSX Dyno numbers inside
What's up dude's. Just thought I would post my sheet of the 406 I just finished for my latest project, a 78 Malibu. Video of it at the track prior to the dyno runs is in the sig.
Combo is:
406 11:1 93 Octane
Dart 227 CNC heads 307 cfm @ .700 24x @ .700
274/286 @ .50 106cl
Super Victor Intake
HP 4150 950cfm carb
1 3/4 Headers with 3.5 straight exhaust Flowmaster 2 chambers
Turbo 400, Convertor stalls to 3600 on T-brake. Flash about 4100 rpm.
8.5 10 bolt, 4,10 rear, 325 MT's with 20 psi at time of dyno (Doh!)
Nice to finally post in here again after a long hiatus. Sold alot of cams for vengeance back in the day

Street car, I have been driving it weekends. I ran in the Atco NMCA True Street (30 mile cruise), came in 7th, 10.98 average.
Anyone have any good figures on TH400 loss through the drivetrain?
