Just getting engine fired up - SBE LQ4, Comp Cam, T4 S475 - taking guesses now Just getting the engine fired up finally. We've thrown together a:
Gen IV SBE LQ4, 317 heads
Custom Turbo Cam 226 231 @050" .605 .598 lift 113 LSA
BTR .660 Valve springs
80 lb Dekas
NGK TR6 plugs
Custom 2.25" crossover pipe/manifolds into T4 S475 1.10 A/R Turbo
50 mm TurboSmart Hypergate
3" piping, CX Racing Intercooler
CX Racing BOV
Turbo 350 trans
Ford 9"
I'm hoping for 700 whp around 14-16 lbs of boost. It's a street/strip car so I'll probably drive it around on a little less power until it gets to the track. Any thoughts on power numbers?
