Default Removing PS pressure line from rack, need help ASAP???

Well Ive been dealing with some power steering issues for awhile now and have the pump out along with the altenator too. Whats the best way to remove the pressure line going from the pump down to the rack? I already have it outta the pump, but down on the rack it seems like I need to get a 18mm crows foot flare nut style wrench and use a extension with it. Is this the only way to remove it??

18 mm wrench or line wrench should do fine...... Used them many times on them.

What about using a little heat on it if I need to. It seems to be pretty frozen in there. Not too sure if a little heat will mess anything up. Iam not concernd about the line because Iam replacing it. Just dont want to hurt anything else.

Too much heat will burn the seals. Just keep spraying it with a Penetrating oil.

If your changing the line just cut it off and use a 18mm socket on the fitting.
