Pittsburgh - I need a traffic lawyer.
Quick explaination...
I got hit by a truck driver at a toll plaza. The driver did not pull over, so I followed with the police on the line. The truck was stopped a couple exits later, and the trooper that showed up "investigated the scene" (mind you, not at the same plaza) and concluded that I hit the truck because of the way my mirror was damaged. I got a $109 citation for "failure to follow yield sign" worth 3 points. The truck driver went on his merry way.
I would like to fight this. As I am new to the area, can someone please point me towards an attorney who could help me?

The trooper determined it was me who hit based on the way the mirror was damaged and on our testimony's.
The way my mirror is damaged is at the base where it mounts. This was created from the trailer coming at me on the side, yet at a minor angle (creating an upside down "V") causing the mirror to be pushing in towards the vehicle. Because the mirror casing is convex, when it was pushed in and the the housing broke, the trailer passing by, as it was coming at an angle, forced the mirror to fold to the rear. I demonstrated this to the officer and the mirror pushed in and then folded as I described. The marks on the mirror also confirm the initial hit was "straight" on as it's gouged in the casing at the point of impact and scratched elsewhere.
