Are trucks with trailers carrying a vehicle allowed on the NJ Parkway?

Are trucks with trailers carrying a vehicle allowed on the NJ Parkway? I just remembered at work we always use the Turnpike to trailer a Forklift to the jobsite. On Saturday a Will2kSS wants to trailor his SS from South Jersey exit 36 to exit 155 Clifton NJ to get a tune. Does someone know for sure that pulling a car is allowed past exit 105? Thanks

I always trailer my car on the Parkway.
