Car is located in upstate NY. The car is complete minus motor and transmission. The car does have a salvage title and it will not come with one. I purchased the car out of state and would have to have the DMV itself inspect it to get a title issued. The car has longtubes and no cats so this makes this impossible. I drive the car daily so it will be fine with a motor and transmission.
