Oh, so you are estimating 450 flywheel horsepower based on the mods that you have done compared to the factory claimed horsepower.

Honestly, I'd just remove the hp claim and stick to the mods done and let the buyer chose to have it dyno'd. Plus you might not get much interest here saying it's a Vette, WS6, camaro eater.

Exactly! I'd bet its making 400RWHP at most. A 99 L made 360 advertised HP, and they typically put down 330-350 to the ground. Exhaust does nothing to a fairly stock L, and a chip and pulley would get you 50hp at MOST if the tune is even moderetly safe. I'm sure its a great truck, I've worked on a Lightning once or twice, but you may want to get it to a dyno or revise your estimates.

When you say "bigger pulley", are you referring to the supercharger pulley? I ask since putting a bigger pulley on your SC is going to produce less horsepower. A bigger pulley is going to spin the SC slower. Now, a smaller pulley will produce more horsepower. At least to the point where the air is being heated too much due to compression. Then you need to find a way to reduce the temps... like maybe an intercooler, water injection, or another method to cool the charge.

You might want to let people know what kind of aftermarket pulley has been installed too.
