Who services or rebuilds QA1 shocks in FL?
Looking for a place to rebuild my QA1 shock(s). There's got to be somebody in northeast FL that does suspension service like this.
Only have one thats got an issue but, would like to keep them in sync if price is right. I know about Naake and they're saying it will cost roughly $75-80 for service (per shock) which sounds fine but, then I have to ship it which will probably be like 15-20 each way.. sooo, If I can find a place thats local I can save on shipping and not have to pay $150-160/shock.

its cheaper to get new ones last time i asked qa1 to rebuild some for me and you get to keep the old ones for parts. If you go to a large event they will rebuild them at the track for you.

I just got off the phone with BSB Manufacturing, they mainly build and rebuild shocks for circle track race cars. QA1 gave me thier number today and they rebuild their QA1 product line. QA1 said they DO NOT rebuild their own stuff.
I just got a price to rebuild all 4 of my QA1 Hals: $60 each for revalving and servicing. They said if you have damage and need a new shaft it could go as high as $90.00 each.
So that seems like a pretty good deal, $240.00 for 4 rebuilt shocks. Mine lasted 8 years. If I can do that again, thats pretty good.
BSB, talk to Jay.....620-326-3152. They're in Kansas. There are no shops anywhere near us, QA1 said these guys are the closest that do our types of QA1 shocks.
