Anyone familar w/these South FL apt complexes? I looked at their ratings on www.apartmentratings.com and most are pretty damn shitty. I've pretty much narroed it down to these complexes and do not want to pick a worthless place to live.
Estates @ Wellington Green
Preserve @ Coral Square
Quantum Lake Villas
Pembroke Cove
Promenade @ Wyndham Lakes
The Grove @ Turtle Run
Pinebrooke Pointe
Fountains of Delray Beach
Savannah Lakes

I live right by the Estates at Wellington, it seems like a nice place. What are you looking for? Size wise? Price point? I know a few people renting places right now, and I might be able to hook you up with one of them, including my own home!

new jersey to south florida......man you won't run into anyone from new jersey down there lol. There were a few nice places I lived in Boca, but that might be further away than what you are looking for.

Both of my parents live 1/4 mile from each other in the Racquet Club Apartments off of Lakeview Drive in Weston, FL. Check those out, they are really nice IMO.
