Default Tnt Results!!!

With the new 76mm turbo's! The car was running quicker with less boost. I then decided to turn the boost up and I had it set to appx. 21-23 psi and it blew thru the converter. So I let the car cool completly down for the last pass and just passt the 330ft. mark the #1 Rod decided to give up and find a new home! So needless to say there is a 8x8 hole in the front of my oil pan!!!
That pass coasting thru the light's at a 6.20 et! This motor lasted almost 2 years with almost 200 dyno pulls and the last 75 pull's were in the 1000hp range, so I would say I got the good out of this motor! Time for something a little stronger so I can give these turbo's a workout they deserve!

Thats too bad, you can only push things so far and for so long, shame you couldnt have made a good high boost pass before it let go.

That is why I am not upset about it. I have beat on this motor for 2 year's now.

The A/r on these turbo's are the same as my old one's. It did take a few more rpm on the 2-step though to get the boost up. I am guessing that due to the bigger compressor wheel?

Don't laugh, but thet were "SCAT" H beam rod's. They are only rated for
900fwhp, so I was well above and beyond there rating.

It would run the same et, but it took more boost to get it there.

I knew it was not good when I saw TNT in your topic..... Wish you would have got to run them a little longer however. This was on the 370 motor right. Are you going more CI for the next one? What RPM were you seeing full boost? I actually have a ton of questions I may just PM you!
