Blower, Cam, and not HEADERS??
Getting 05 C6, has cat back exhaust (i know does nothing for power.)
Limited funds until tax time. I think I makes more since to do the cam and the pinning of the crank for the blower at the same time. so options are
1.....A&A Vortech kit, and cam. and tune it now....and bolt on headers later and retune?
or
A&A Vortech kit, and headers, and do cam later...
Or do all three and put the 1500 buck on the credit card until ther democrates cut me a check.

I say do all three as you will be choking the engine out with all that air being forced in and not being able to dispel all of the exhaust gases efficiently/effectively. Im sure you could get by but thewn you have to figure you will need the car to be retuned once you add the headers or cam. Worst case scenario I say def go with headers and blower over cam and blower.

Do the headers and blower and do the cam later. The cam in your car is the old z06 cam and everybody on here knows its a decent blower/turbo grind so you might be surprised of how much power you make. No doubt you will pick up more power with an aftermarket grind but you will make some good power with what you have.

he's right...you wont even want a cam once
you see the numbers the stocker puts out.
if you do go with a cam in the future, you will
want/need to upgrade the valve springs too.
so go headers & vortech and bank the tax return.
you may need it for all the new rear tires.

If you have to have the cam because you want the sound, do the headers at the same time. Headers are less restrictive which will lower the amount of boost the engine makes, as will the cam, if this is factored in when the blower is ordered you will then get the amount of boost you are looking for. If you do the headers later, the chances are that you will then need to swap out the blower pulley for a slightly smaller one to spin the blower a little harder. This may also require a slightly shorter belt. This will also throw the tune off and the car should then be retuned. All in all it is much less expensive to do it all at the same time. Bob
