Default assembled truck manifold crossover (again)

I posted this earlier and someone wanted advertise a non-sponsor and got it deleted.

There is a truck manifold crossover kit on a "online auction site" selling this made from 304stainless for a decent price. Anyone have any experience with the item itself or even the seller?

Dont post links or seller, also dont advertise someone ELSES setup, Im asking about THIS one and opinions on it.

Im wanting to boost my 408, im wondering if this specific kit may be too small?

What would be too small, as long as its using atleast 2.5 tubing for the crossover and has a T4 flange to fit a T4 based turbo you are good.

I'd still prefer a T6 flange for a T6 based turbo to feed a 408ci LS, but you can still get away with the T4 and make great power with it.

As for the seller, use your head...go by his feedback on ebay and make your own decision to jump or not.

Post up pics and experience if you do buy this kit, just no links.

For anything over stock cubes, to go through all the trouble, I wouldn't go T4 IMO.

Sorry about that. It was me, I forgot he wasn't a sponsor anymore.
A T4 setup will be fine for 1000hp if need be.

A T4 based T88 will flow enough as will FI.com's S80 etc...

T4's come in a wide variety nowadays. But T6 is my preference, but even then you can cut the T4 flange off and either weld a T6 flange on or have someone else do it for a small fee.

as long as i either 1. dont blow the welds or
2. dont choke the turbo from too small of piping, id be willing to try it.
