I understand all of the 100000 variables. I am just curious if there is one thing or another bad about running this cam in a TT car (ie overlap, not enough duration on one side or the other, etc.).

That cam will work, is it ideal I don't know. Plenty of guys seem to run a dual pattern or reverse pattern cam. Some examples are 235/235 or 228/222 for instance. If you already have that cam and don't want to buy another then it can be used. I personally would choose something smaller, but it also depends on what you are trying to acheive with your build. I suggest you contact a reputable vendor and discuss your goals and possibly have them spec you out a custom grind.
