Kinda of a general question...mostly depends on spring/cam setup
If its a standard double spring, just run some ls7 lifters and stock rockers...if you want to spend the extra have harland sharp upgrade the rocker internals. If you really want to keep spending just buy yella terra ultra light shaft rockers.
