those with a fenix999 alt. relocation, IN HERE!
I'm ready to put this on the ground, damn near done with my 76mm truck manifold set-up. finshed up all the wiring amd went to fire it up. runs good, however the belt is SCREAMING. if I lossen the 3 bolts up that hold the alt. in place it gets better but still makes noise. soon as I tighten it up it starts up again.
anybody have to do any shimming one way or another to avoid this problem?
what size belt you running? I thought I had teh correct one but maybe it's wrong.
any help would be great.
thanks
matt

thats what I was thinking. but this one looks like it's floppin around. it barly goes on. so if I get one a size smaller I probally wont get it on, if I get on a size bigger it will flop around.
