Anybody mind taking a look at my Idle Airflow table?

Anybody mind taking a look at my Idle Airflow table? I was just wondering if anybody could take a look at this and see if anything looks like it could be changed? I talked to my tuner and my tune is great, except the cold startup/idle, it surges and I have to pedal it a little to catch idle, then when it does, it dies going into gear until it is hot. I have a screen shot he gave me of the Idle Airflow table and I was hoping someone with some FI tuning knowledge wouldn't mind taking a look at it and see if we are missing anything?

It is for a 3BAR SD tune too.
EDIT: The only reason this isn't in the tuning section is because my tuner has only had an issue doing it with my car being FI, N/A cars aren't an issue for him so I thought this would be best.
