Looks great. A F1 would be perfect.
It's too bad that there really isn't a good spot for the air intake though.

yea I agree, I'd love to look under the hood of a 5th gen and see a big badass F1 series staring right back at me Oh, and LOL at that tiny filter. Thats definitely gonna be the bottleneck component for when people start upgrading. Kinda in an akward position as well like you said, but I'm sure we will see some innovators here shortly to resolve that issue.

But you gotta admit even though it's a weird filter location there should be zero chance of any possible water getting sucked in with it that high. Wonder if that had anything to do with it or if it was a space issue?

Looks pimp either way

Mike, you are entirely way too paranoid about water getting sucked into the air filter on the 4th gen design dude. I've never seen or heard of even one reported incident of that happening.

I love the fact that the bracket also has a spring tensioner!

That looks very similar to the setup I designed for my car!!!
They finally made a thick plate mount, it looks to be 1/2" or 5/8" (much thicker than the 3/8" wussy mount they have for the LT1 kit).
But yes the air filter does look quite awkward there.

They are not currently

I was going to try modifying a G8 system to fit but they don't have any of those right now either.

You guys or someone should really make a single front mount for these cars, they have way more room than the 4th gens do...

Thumbs up Check out the 2010 Camaro ProCharger kits on my website

http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1914
Larger F Series Blowers are an option at this link.

http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1893
Complete P-1SC-1 kit with injectors and tune.

We might end up coming out with a hood that would enable a larger air filter assembly to be incorporated into it. Bob
