This is going to be a basic truck manifold build 2.5" hot side 3" piping on cold just looking for opinions/suggestions. set-up is a stock Lq4 bottom end ported 241 heads flow 300@.600. T70 T4 Turbo .96ar exhaust housing, Tial 44mm Waste gate, JGS 56mm BOV, LS6 intake, 60lb mototron injectors, AEM Wide Band 02. undecided on the intercoooler, and walbro 255 pump, planning to run 7-9#'s power wise I would be happy with 475 to 500rwhp so whats everyone's opinions and possible suggestions.

Sounds pretty good to me.
Why not just leave the LQ4 heads on it or get them touched up a bit instead of spending the money on the 241's...unless you already have the heads.

i would stick with the 317s

Ya i believe i am going to use the 317s the 241s flowed better but the compression trade off isnt really worth it.

317's untouched will get you atleast 500rwhp on 8lbs (through a 6sp anyways, assuming your using a blower cam and such). Many turbo 6.0 guys have got 650-800rwhp on stock untouched heads (besides springs, etc).
