removing power steering with a procharger????

Default removing power steering with a procharger????

im having issues making the serpentine belt route, as its hitting the prochargers brackets. someone here has to have removed their power steering and routed this successfully. something im not seeing ????

you can see where the new location of the belt will now run through the lower mounting bolt of the j bracket.

ive already removed the blower setup so i can drive the car once and a while, while i decide what to do.

This is how I did it a while back, I made a spacer/bushing to fit in a stock idler pulley bearing, used a longer metric stud and cut down an extra stand off I had laying around. Still used the stock tensioner and water pump, the upper idler is on there in the pic but it isnt needed, I just made a spacer for that or you can just leave the idler on there..

thanks kp. that gives me an idea actually dont really need a complete pulley.. just need to center a bearing on there to push it out that lil bit
